In 2013, a student named Lakshmi Narayan Agrahari who passed out from Saraswati Shishu Mandir U.M School Vindhy Nagar enlightened the name of the school by getting posted as SDO in the PWD Vibhag Jharkhand Public Service Commission (JPSC), from the Combined Engineering Service Examination.
