भाऊराव देवरस विद्या मंदिर में अखिल भारतीय अभिलेखागार एवं प्रचार विभाग की दो दिवसीय बैठक
विद्या भारती अखिल भारतीय शिक्षा संस्थान के मार्गदर्शन में प्रचार विभाग एवं अभिलेखागार विभाग की संयुक्त अखिल भारतीय बैठक भाऊराव देवरस सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर, नोएडा सेक्टर 12, उत्तर प्रदेश में 8-9 अगस्त 2026 को आयोजित हुई। प्रचार विभाग के अंतर्गत संपूर्ण देश के प्रांतों एवं क्षेत्रों के मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया के कार्यों को विशेष ध्यान में रखकर यह बैठक कुल 8 सत्रों में संपन्न हुई ।
विद्या भारती संस्कारयुक्त शिक्षा, शैक्षिक विषय, स्वबोध का जागरण, राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति के अनुरूप शिक्षा व्यवस्था के प्रचार प्रसार के साथ-साथ विभिन्न विमर्श के विषय जो युवाओ को प्रभावित करते है पर विस्तृत चर्चा की गई।
विद्यालय स्तर से लेकर क्षेत्र स्तर पर हो रहे विभिन्न सोशल मीडिया प्रयोगों, अपनी उपस्थिति, कंटेंट निर्माण आदि की स्थिति के साथ साथ आनेवाले कार्यक्रमों की दृष्टि से रूपरेखा भी तय की गई।
उद्घाटन सत्र में विद्या भारती के संगठन मंत्री श्री गोविंद जी ने विद्या भारती की यात्रा के साथ साथ भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरा और सनातन गौरव के महत्व को रेखांकित करते हुए प्रचार विभाग के कार्य का व्यापक दृष्टिकोण दिया।
इस अखिल भारतीय बैठक में श्री प्रफुल्ल केतकर जी संपादक ORGANISER, श्री रोहित कौशल जी, प्रचार विभाग अखिल भारतीय टोली सदस्य, राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ, एवम् डॉ ऋतु दुबे जी ने सोशल मीडिया और इसके विभिन्न आयामों, प्रभावों एवं उपयोग पर मार्गदर्शन किया। संगठनात्मक विषय पर श्री सुधाकर रेड्डी जी, श्री सौरभ मालवीय जी, डॉ रामकुमार भावसार जी एवं अलोक तिवारी जी ने मार्गदर्शन किया।
इस दो दिवसीय बैठक में 11 क्षेत्रों के 33 प्रांतों से 58 कार्यकर्ताओं की उपास्थिति रही, अपेक्षित कार्यकर्ता 64 थे।
हमारी उपस्थति सोशल मीडिया के सभी आयामों यथा- फेसबुक, इंस्टाग्राम, यूट्यूब, X, लिंक्डइन आदि के साथ साथ कम्युनिटी रेडियो और पॉडकास्ट आदि के माध्यम से हमारी पहुँच समाज में बढ़ी है।
आगामी सत्रों में वंदेमातरम के 150वर्ष एवं अमृत महोत्सव के प्रचार प्रसार की कार्ययोजना बनाकर कार्य करने की योजना बनी है।
Two-Day Akhil Bharatiya Meeting of the Archives and Publicity Departments at Bhaurao Deoras Vidya Mandir
Under the guidance of Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan, a joint Akhil Bharatiya meeting of the Publicity and Archives Departments was held at Bhaurao Deoras Saraswati Vidya Mandir, Sector 12, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, on 8–9 August 2026. The meeting focused particularly on media and social media activities being carried out by various provinces and regions across the country under the Publicity Department and was conducted in eight sessions.
The meeting featured detailed discussions on Vidya Bharati’s efforts towards value-based education, educational initiatives, awakening of self-awareness, promotion of an education system aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP), and various contemporary issues influencing the youth.
The participants reviewed the status of social media initiatives being undertaken from the school level to the regional level, including digital presence and content creation. A roadmap was also prepared for upcoming programmes and activities.
During the inaugural session, Shri Govind Ji, Organising Secretary of Vidya Bharati, highlighted the journey of Vidya Bharati and emphasised the importance of the Indian Knowledge Tradition and the glory of Sanatan heritage, while providing a broad perspective on the role and responsibilities of the Publicity Department.
During the Akhil Bharatiya meeting, Shri Prafull Ketkar, Editor, Organiser, Shri Rohit Kaushal, Akhil Bharatiya Team Member, Publicity Department, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, and Dr. Ritu Dubey provided guidance on social media, its various dimensions, impact, and effective utilisation.
On organisational matters, guidance was provided by Shri Sudhakar Reddy, Shri Saurabh Malviya, Dr. Ramkumar Bhawsar, and Shri Alok Tiwari.
A total of 58 Karyakarta from 33 provinces across 11 regions participated in the two-day meeting, against an expected participation of 64 Karyakarta.
The organisation’s presence and outreach in society have expanded significantly through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and LinkedIn, along with communication platforms such as Community Radio and podcasts.
Looking ahead, a comprehensive action plan was prepared for the promotion and outreach of the 150th anniversary of Vande Mataram and the Amrit Mahotsav, with a commitment to undertake coordinated activities in the coming sessions.
