Kaushal Bodh Master Trainers Workshop Concludes Successfully
Bhopal: The three-day “Kaushal Bodh (Vocational Education) Master Trainers Training Workshop”, organized by the Pandit Sundarlal Sharma Central Institute of Vocational Education (PSSCIVE), Bhopal, with the support of Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan under the framework of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and NCF 2023, continues successfully.
The workshop was inaugurated in a grand and dignified ceremony in the presence of Dr. Ravindra Kanhere, President of Vidya Bharati; Dr. Deepak Paliwal, Joint Director; Shri Govind Mahant, Sangathan Mantri; Shri Shriram Aravkar, Sah Sangathan Mantri; and Shri Rohit Dwivedi, Coordinator of Skill Development.
The highlight of the second day was the theme, “Learning by Doing is the True Essence of Skill Education.” Participants from across the country engaged directly with skilled professionals, including carpenters, cooks, electricians, horticulturists, and practitioners from various vocations. Through interactive discussions and hands-on activities, they gained practical experience and a deeper understanding of skill-based learning.
The sessions emphasized that real skill development comes not merely from observing or listening, but from actively performing and experiencing tasks. Participants had the opportunity to understand the value of vocational skills, workplace competence, and experiential learning through direct engagement with practitioners.
Senior officials present on the occasion also paid tribute to the dignity of labour by felicitating the skilled workers and acknowledging their invaluable contribution to society. The workshop aims to equip Master Trainers with practical strategies for the effective implementation of skill-based education in schools in alignment with the objectives of NEP 2020, thereby ensuring its successful integration into the education system.

भोपाल। विद्या भारती अखिल भारतीय शिक्षा संस्थान के सहयोग से तथा पं. सुंदरलाल शर्मा केंद्रीय व्यावसायिक शिक्षा संस्थान (PSSCIVE), भोपाल द्वारा राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति-2020 एवं एनसीएफ-2023 के अंतर्गत आयोजित तीन दिवसीय “कौशल बोध (Vocational Education) मास्टर ट्रेनर्स प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला” का सफल संचालन जारी है। कार्यशाला का शुभारंभ भव्य एवं गरिमामय वातावरण में हुआ था, जिसमें विद्या भारती के अध्यक्ष डॉ. रविंद्र कान्हेरे, संयुक्त निदेशक डॉ. दीपक पालीवाल, संगठन मंत्री श्री गोविंद महंत, सह संगठन मंत्री श्री श्रीराम आरावकर तथा कौशल विकास संयोजक श्री रोहित द्विवेदी की विशेष उपस्थिति रही।
कार्यशाला के द्वितीय दिवस का मुख्य विषय रहा— “करके सीखना ही वास्तविक कौशल बोध”। इस अवसर पर देशभर से आए प्रतिभागियों ने कारपेंटर, कुक, इलेक्ट्रीशियन, बागवानी विशेषज्ञों तथा विभिन्न व्यवसायों से जुड़े कर्मयोगियों के साथ प्रत्यक्ष संवाद किया। साथ ही Hands-on Activity के माध्यम से विविध जीवनोपयोगी कौशलों का व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त किया।
प्रतिभागियों ने अनुभव किया कि केवल देखकर और सुनकर नहीं, बल्कि स्वयं कार्य करके सीखना ही वास्तविक कौशल विकास का आधार है। इस गतिविधि ने उन्हें श्रम की गरिमा, कार्यकुशलता और व्यावसायिक शिक्षा के महत्व को निकट से समझने का अवसर प्रदान किया।
इस अवसर पर उपस्थित वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने “श्रम ही सम्मान है” के भाव को आत्मसात करते हुए सभी कर्मयोगियों का अभिनंदन किया तथा उनके योगदान की सराहना की। कार्यशाला के माध्यम से नई शिक्षा नीति-2020 के अनुरूप विद्यालयों में कौशल आधारित शिक्षा के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन हेतु प्रतिभागियों को व्यवहारिक एवं अनुभवात्मक प्रशिक्षण प्रदान किया जा रहा है, जिससे वे अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में इस अवधारणा को सफलतापूर्वक लागू कर सकें।
